None present for the petitioner. Statement has been filed by S.H.O/respondent No.2 stating that no harassment has been caused to the petitioner. This petition was filed wherein the petitioner alleged harassment from respondent No.3 against whom suit for dissolution of marriage was filed by the petitioner. It is alleged that on account of said suit said respondent is harassing the petitioner with the assistance of the area police.

In the given circumstances this petition is disposed of with direction to the area police to ensure that no harassment reaches to the petitioner and she be granted protection as provided by the Constitution. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
