Petitioner present in person and states that on account of contractual dispute with Asif Ali (respondent No.9), the police officials are causing harassment to petitioner. Police officials have denied the allegations while undertaking that they are discharging their duties in accordance with law. If the petitioner is still aggrieves he is at liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law but the present petition with such disputed facts is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
