None present for the petitioner. Today police officials /S.H.O of Police Station Site Area Sukkur has submitted statement in which he has stated that the door of Darbar/Mandir was unlocked for worshippers as per order passed on 12.10.2017 in C.P No.D- 785/2017.

Today no one is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner to apprise the Court of latest position. There is no reason to not believe the statement of police officials, but regretfully it is duty of the petitioner and his counsel to be present in Court for assistance. Taking the lenient view this petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
