Private respondents are present in person along with Mr. Pervez Ahmed Junejo Advocate and have stated that no harassment is caused to petitioner though this is disputed by petitioner counsel but from pleadings as well as from arguments it appears that matter is purely of civil nature. It would not be decided in instant proceedings which is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable hence office objections are sustained howeverpetitioner is at liberty to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum including the complaint to senior police officer which will be decided accordingly.
