Despite repeated calls no one is in attendance on behalf of applicants. Respondent No.1 Ghulam Rasool present in person and has pointed out the last order wherein the matter was adjourned to 25.05.2017 for today with note of caution that if the applicants’ counsel fails to appear and proceed with the matter, the same will be dismissed for non-prosecution. Order sheet shows that on 18.8.2016 none appeared for the applicant and again the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice with note of caution. In view of the above instant revision application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
