                                                -.-.-.-.

Through this petition, petitioner is seeking relief that respondents should not victimize the petitioner and his family members on any ground including the political.  He has pointed out that the petitioner’s son Abdul Salam did approach the Justice of Peace by instituting Cr. Misc. Application No. 14/2007 and recently  in year 2016 petitioner filed Cr.Misc. Application No. 390 of 2016. Both proceedings were disposed of by orders which are already on record.

As per learned Assistant A.G, F.I.R No. 15/2016 under section 9-C CNS Act,1997 was lodged by Police Station ‘A’ Section Sukkur. Per learned A.A.G the male members of petitioner’s family are involved in criminal activities.             Arguments heard. Record perused. At present no criminal case is pending against the petitioner or his family members. Facts of this case are quite peculiar, interalia, as the petitioner on different occasions have approached the Courts for protection of life and civil liberties. This petition is disposed of with direction that no victimization of the petitioner should be done by the respondents on any ground whatsoever. Moreso if the petitioner feels aggrieve, she may complain to D.I.G Police Range Sukkur about the police officials. The complaint, if filed, will be thoroughly probed by the D.I.G.P who should pass speaking order thereon. However, it is clarified that police officials are not restrained from taking any action but strictly within the parameters of law against any one including the petitioner or her sons, if the circumstances for such an action are there.
