Statement has been filed by respondent No.5 affirming that he has not harassed, humiliated or disgraced the petitioner nor the family members of the petitioner. This petition was filed alleging that respondents Nos. 4 and 5 are demanding illegal gratification.

Learned Asstt. A.G states that the respondent No.4 who was posted at Police Station Daharki has already been dismissed and now respondent No.5 having filed his statement that he has neither harassed the petitioner nor he will do so in the future. In the given circumstances,on the undertaking of the respondent No.5 that he will act strictly in accordance with law and ensures that no harassment is caused to the petitioner, the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
