Comments have been filed on behalf of respondents Nos. 2,3,5 and 6, taken on record. Copy supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Vakalatnama has been filed by Mr. Nazir Ahmed Chachar for respondents Nos. 7 to 16. Admittedly there is civil dispute between the parties, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police is taking the side of the private respondents and as such with their support the private respondents are harassing the petitioner. Counsel representing private respondents denies such assertion and states that admittedly there is private dispute between the parties, however, such dispute may be resolved in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied for disposal of the petition if directions are issued to the private respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and they given him protection as and when required,as well as, complaint filed by him before S.H.O of Police Station Salehpat vide C.C No.4717 dated 25.9.2017 should be entertained. Learned Asst.A.G present and submits that undertaking given by respondent No.2 S.H.O is that he will not cause any harassment and S.S.P Sukkur has assured that complain will be addressed in accordance with law. With these undertakings, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, which is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
