                      Applicant by way of instant application has sought for return of surety papers simply for the reason that the case in which he furnished surety has been disposed of by the learned trial court. In support of his contention, he produced order dated 8.11.2017 passed by learned trial court, whereby his bail was confirmed.

                      Learned DPG present recorded no objection to return of surety papers.

                      In view of the above, it is ordered that the surety papers be returned to surety on proper verification after keeping copy whereof on record.
