                      Counsel for the private respondents files written objection, which are taken on record. It is stated by counsel for respondent No.4 that similar application u/s 491 Cr.PC has also been filed by the applicant before Sessions Judge Rahimyar Khan, which is still pending. Counsel for the applicant when confronted with the above position, states that rule nisi could be issued by this Court for her production by exercising inherent jurisdiction. No rule nisi can be issued as it is not falling within the criminal appellate jurisdiction as mandate u/s 491 Cr.PC. The applicant may exhaust remedy which is available to him at Punjab.

                      The instant Cr. Misc. Application is disposed of accordingly.
