                      SHO PS Kandiaro and I.O of crime No.49/2018 of PS Kandiaro u/s 420, 406, 489-F, 506/2, 468, 471 PPC were present on last date of hearing and stated that they will submit progress report today but neither they are in attendance nor any progress report has been filed. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has alleged that I.O and SHO PS Kandiaro are not properly investigating the case of the petitioner in accordance with law. He further submits that he would be satisfied if the SSP Nousheroferoz may be directed to withdraw the investigation of above crime from the present Investigation Officer and transferred to any other official having good reputation.

                      Learned AAG recorded no objection. Order accordingly. Instant petition stands disposed of in above terms.
