                      Mr. Ameer Imtiaz Hussain Solangi Advocate files power on behalf of respondent No.6 and states that petitioner and respondent No.6 are uncle and nephew. There is dispute between them over property, for which respondent No.6 shall seek his proper remedy and not cause any harassment to the petitioner. Learned AAG submits that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law, not cause any harassment to the petitioner and provide protection to the parties as and when needed. He further submits that petitioner may avail his remedy by challenging the order of Assistant Commissioner by other usual mode of proceedings permissible under the law.

                      In view of the above circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the statement of learned AAG and counsel for respondent No.6 and submits that for his remaining grievance, petitioner shall seek his remedy by other usual mode permissible under the law and for the time being he does not press the instant petition, which stands disposed of accordingly.
