            The applicant by way of instant Crl.Revision Application has impugned order dated 16.04.2018, passed by learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Mehar, District Dadu, whereby his direct complaint in respect of death of his brother Muhammad Ismail allegedly at the hands of private respondents was dismissed under section 203 Cr.PC.

            It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the complaint was relating to a murder case, it was ought to have been brought on record for its regular hearing. The learned trial Court by dismissing the same at preliminary stage has committed wrong, which could be made right by this Court.

            I have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

            As per impugned order, the proceedings u/s.174 Cr.PC with regard to death of the said deceased have already been undertaken by the concerned police station, those have never been challenged by the applicant before any forum. Be that as it may, the instant complaint admittedly has been filed with delay of eighteen years to the alleged incident, without any plausible justification; such delay could not be lost sight of. In these circumstances, the learned trial Court was right to dismiss the direct complaint of the applicant by way of impugned order, such order apparently is not calling for any interference by this Court by way of instant Crl.Revision application, it is dismissed accordingly.
