O R D E R

IRSHAD ALI SHAH, J.- It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that two different FIRs were recorded for a single incident. The case arose out of said FIRs now are pending in two different Courts. One before the Court of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Qamber and other before the Court of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Qamber. By contending so, he sought for trial of both the above cases by a single Court to avoid apprehension of conflicting verdicts.

2.                    Learned A.P.G for the State who is assisted by the private respondents has recorded no objection to the above said proposal.

3.                    In view of above, the learned Sessions Judge, Qamber-Shahdadkot @ Qamber, is directed to assign both of the cases of the applicant to a single Court, either it be the Court of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Qamber or learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Qamber, for its disposal according to law.

4.                    The instant transfer application is disposed of accordingly.
