Mr. Sohail Saeed for petitioner along with petitioner and legal heir Saima Afzal and witnesses Syed Hussain Akbar and Muhammad Ashraf.

Through instant SMA petitioner seeks Letters of Administration and Succession Certificate in respect of the properties left by deceased Mahjabeen Sarfaraz. Legal heir Saima Afzal is present and affirms the contents of her affidavit of no objection, so also the witnesses Syed Hussain Akbar and Muhammad Ashraf who are also present and affirm the contents of their affidavits to the effect that the deceased had no other legal heirs except mentioned in the para 4 of the petition. Their appearance is dispensed with unless directed otherwise. Counsel for the petitioner has also produced original General Power of Attorney executed by legal heir Farah Jabeen and Mrs. Uzma Jabeen and copy of FRC showing Maheen Syed, as the legal heir of the deceased, as the complete FRC was not available in the case file. All these documents are taken on record.

With regard to property bearing House No.29/II, 7^th Commercial Street, Phase-IV, DHA, Karachi, it is stated that since the petitioner and legal heirs were not in possession of original title documents, the petitioner has obtained certified copy of the same, which were filed though statement dated 11.01.2018.

Let these certified copies be sent to the DHA for verification and a report in this regard be filed by the DHA within two weeks.
