            The applicant by way of instant application u/s.561-A Cr.PC has sought direction against the S.S.P, Dadu to establish a Police Picket at village Warand-Ja-Bhan, Taluka Mehar, District Dadu.

            The direction sought for by the applicant could not be issued by this Court simply for the reason that the Police Pickets are to be established by the Police as per its requirement by taking into consideration the law and order situation.

            The applicant is therefore directed to approach the S.S.P, Dadu for the needful by making such application with him in writing, the same if is moved, would be disposed by him, in accordance with law.

                        The instant application is disposed in above terms.
