2)       None is present for the plaintiff, which was the case on the last date of hearing also. Learned counsel for defendant presses his instant application seeking rejection of the plaint on the ground that the competent Court to try matters related to the defamation is District Court under section 13 of the Defamation Ordinance, 2002. As there is no cavil to this truth, instead of rejecting the plaint, the instant application is disposed of and the plaint is returned to file it before the Court having jurisdiction, in view of the above provision of law.
