The counsel for plaintiff was directed to satisfy this Court on the maintainability by bringing on record relevant documents in respect of the suit property vide this Court’s order dated 17.08.2018 as well as on 27.08.2017. The Counsel has chosen not to be present before the Court, giving reasons to believe that he is not in possession of documents to show his title to the property in question. The plaint is accordingly rejected under order VII rule 11 CPC on the want of cause of action.
