1)       Learned counsel for plaintiffs submits that while in the parawise reply to the instant application, a reference is made to certain documents, the same are not legible, while I observe that the response submitted to the Court has no copy of any document attached. The Law Officer, Board of Revenue undertakes to place legible copies of the documents in Court file and also supply the same to the counsel for the plaintiffs is also not legible. The request is also made by learned counsel for the plaintiffs that the concerned Mukhtiarkar be present on the next date along with original documents pertaining to Plot No.CL-17-17/1-VC-64, Bonus Road, Karachi. Order accordingly. This disposes of  the instant application.
