for the alleged contemnors submits that in identical cases leave to appeal have
been granted by the Honourable Supreme Court and operation of impugned order
has been suspended.
Disputing such statement of learned Additional Advocate
General, Mr. Memon submits that in respect of order
which forms basis of contempt proceedings in this petition, no leave to appeal
Petition has been filed by Respondents, nor any order of its suspension has
been passed.
Mr. Miran Shah requests for time to
submit reply to the contempt application. Adjourned to
