3) Per
learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has received Call Up Notice dated
29.09.2017 in respect of investigation against Gul Hassan Channa, Former
Secretary R.S. & E.P. Government of Sindh and others (Case No.200550-k).
Copy of the same is available as annexure “A” at page-19 with MoP. Per learned
counsel pursuant to said Call Up Notice petitioner
appeared before the NAB Authorities and submitted a statement to the respondent
No.3/I.O. of the case, copy thereof is available as annexure “A/1” at page-21
with MoP. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is
apprehending his malafide arrest at the hands of officials of NAB therefore,
approached to this Court.
Without touching the merit of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the petitioner subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million only) and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Petitioner is directed to appear in the investigation before the NAB Authorities as and when he is called for.
Issue notice to the Special Prosecutor NAB for 04.07.2018. Adjourned
to 09.12.2011 for confirmation or otherwise. On the next date of
hearing, the Investigating Officer is directed to appear before this Court
alongwith relevant record pertaining to subject matter.
