is granted subject to all just exception.
3&4) Per learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is co-owner and
bonafide purchaser of Plots No.FL-1A and FL-6 in KPT Officers Cooperative
Housing Soceity, Mai Kallachi Road, Karachi, which were purchased by the
petitioner and his partner/co-owner Zulfiqar Ali on 03.09.2013. Learned counsel
for the petitioner submits that recently it has come to the information and
knowledge of the petitioner that petitioner has been implicated in a reference
by the NAB Authorities. Copy of Reference is available as annexure “A” at
page-33 with MoP. Learned counsel further submits that co-owner of said plots
Zulfiqar Ali has already been granted bail by this Court in C.P.
No.D-1796/2017. Copy of bail order is available as annexure “B” at page-143
with MoP.
Without dilating upon the merits of the case, ad-interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the petitioner subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million only) and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when reference is fixed and file certified copy of order showing appearance of the petitioner on the next date of hearing.
Issue notice to the Special Prosecutor NAB for next date of hearing. For confirmation or otherwise, matter to come up alongwith C.P. No.D-1796/2017 on the same date before the same bench.
