4to6) Per learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is owner of the property situated on Plot No.C-175, Block-4, KAECH Society, Karachi. In the same vicinity respondent No.7 is raising illegal constructions on Plot No.B-101, Block-5, KAECHS, Karachi in violation of the approved building plan, Building Bye-Laws and Regulations. Issue notice to the respondents and Advocate General Sindh for 15.02.2018. Respondents Nos.3 to 5 are directed to ensure that no illegal constructions should be raised on the subject plot by the respondent No.7 in violation of approved building plan, so also Building Bye-Laws and Regulations. In case the respondents found any illegal construction, action strictly in accordance with law shall be taken after giving opportunity of being heard to the respondent No.7.
