3.            Applicant Mehrab Khan by caste Shar has approached this court for grant of protective bail in Crime No.30/2019, u/s 337-H(ii), 511 and 364 PPC, registered at Police Station Hingorja, District Khairpur.

                Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has come to know about issuance of NBW against him by the trial court and he was not aware of the lodging of FIR against him; that there is 19 days delay in lodging of FIR, which has not been explained; that at the time of alleged incident the age of the applicant was 14/15 years, therefore, it was not possible that a child can commit such an offence which is of heinous nature; that the applicant is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court for grant of pre-arrest bail but he has grave apprehension that if he approaches the learned trial court, he will be arrested in the aforesaid crime, therefore he has directly approached this court. In this regard he has relied upon copy of FIR available at page-13 of the memo of protective bail application.

                    Be that as it may, the applicant is granted protective bail for a period of 07 days from today to surrender before the learned trial court, upon furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousands) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of aforesaid period or whenever applicant appears before the concerned court whichever is earlier.

                    Instant bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
