3. Through instant bail application under Section 498-A, Cr.P.C, applicant seeks protective bail in Crime No.31/2019 under Section 457, 380, PPC registered at Police Station, Mirpur Mathelo.

Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is an innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case by the complainant due to enmity with malafide intention and ulterior motive; that applicant wants to surrender himself before concerned Court for pre-arrest bail but due to existence of NBWs issued by the learned trial Court against the applicant, he is unable to appear before the learned trial Court as police is behind him for his arrest at the instance of complainant; hence this application for grant of protective bail has been filed.

Without touching merits of the case, applicant is granted protective bail for a period of 07 days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. Meanwhile operation of NBWs issued against the applicant if any, shall remain suspended. This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of 07 days i.e.17.06.2019 or on the date on which he will surrender himself before the concerned Court, whichever is earlier.
