behalf of the petitioner; it is taken on record.
The applicant by way of
instant application has sought for prosecution of the respondents for their
failure to obey the order dated 11.03.2019 passed by this Court, whereby they
were directed to provide protection to the applicant and his family members in
accordance with law.
On being asked, in what manner the respondents
have failed to provide protection to the applicant and his family members? It
is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that no protection was
provided to the applicant and his family members, which provided chance to his
rivals to attack upon him. On being asked further whether such attack is
reported to police? Reply which was furnished by learned counsel by the
applicant was in negative. The allegation of attack upon the applicant is
denied by SHO P.S Khanpur Mahar by way of filing his reply. In that situation,
it could be concluded safely that no case for prosecution of respondents for
their failure to have obeyed the order of this Court is made out. Consequently,
the instant application is dismissed.
