IRSHAD ALI SHAH, J;- It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that vide order dated 21.05.2018 passed in Cr.Bail Application No.S-181/2018 learned trial Court was directed by this Court to dispose of the case against the applicant within one month, such direction according to him the learned trial Court has failed to comply which has made the applicant entitled to be released on bail as a matter of right.

2. In rebuttal to above, it is stated by learned Additional PG that there was nothing in the order of this Court which may suggest that in case of non-compliance of the direction, the applicant would be entitled to be released on bail as a matter of right without touching the merits of the case. By stating so, he sought for dismissal of the instant bail application.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant when was confronted with the above situation, stated that he would not press instant criminal bail application on merit, if learned trial Court is directed again to make disposal of the case against applicant expeditiously.

4. In view of above, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed, with direction to learned trial Court to dispose of the case against applicant strictly in accordance with law within one month, after receipt of this order and report compliance.
