                        The applicant by way of instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application u/s 491 Cr.P.C has sought for production of his daughter Mst. Maria to be set free after recording of her statement, as she according to has been confined illegally by the private respondent.

2.                        Mst. Maria the alleged detainee has put her appearance through S.H.O PS A-Section Ghtoki. It is stated by her that she being sui juris has contracted marriage with the private respondent of her own accord and she is under no wrongful confinement of anyone. Her statement to that effect has also been recorded by S.H.O PS A-Section Ghotki, it is brought on record.

3.                        The circumstances detailed above suggest that that Mst. Maria is under no wrongful confinement to be set free by this Court by way of instant application, it is dismissed accordingly.
