               All counsel in attendance have agreed that purpose of these petitions has been achieved. The Master Plan of Sukkur City / District was approved and is ready for implementation. It is expected from all officials of Sindh Building Control Authority that such plan shall be implemented in the letter and spirit and any violation shall not be accepted in any circumstance failing whereof appropriate orders against any delinquent official shall be passed. Any construction raised by the individual without approved plan and / or in violation of the approved plan is liable to be demolished forthwith. In case any violation / deviation is regularizable in accordance with law that may be considered strictly in terms of the rules and regulations within two weeks from the date of the application or if it is already pending from this order and an appropriate speaking order be passed failing whereof the delinquent officer responsible for the disposal of the application shall be taken to task. Any act of demolition shall be subject to a very short show-cause notice, however, any application whereby regularization was / is declined is considered as sufficient notice and no further notice is required.

 

            These petitions along with listed applications as such by consent stand disposed of.
