The applicant filed a suit for specific performance of contract before the trial Court. The suit was contested by the respondents. The evidence was recorded, however, the trial Court held that the plaintiff / applicant not only failed to produce the original sale agreement but no witnesses in support of alleged agreement were examined. Only one witness was examined in support of the plaintiff’s / applicant’s contention and he too was real brother of the plaintiff / applicant, hence, his evidence was not confidence inspiring. No other witness was examined by the applicant. The trial Court, consequently, dismissed the suit followed by the dismissal of the appeal of the appellant before the appellate forum. No interference, as such, is required by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction.

The Revision Application and listed application stand dismissed in limine.
