Mr. Toufique Hussain Noonari, advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner in C. P. No. S-667 of 2017. He submits that this petition (C. P. No. S-667 of 2017) could be disposed by giving directions to the trial Court and/or concerned officials to arrest respondent No.7. Respondent’s counsel as well as the Additional Prosecutor General for the State informed that the trial Court has already announced the judgment and the accused were convicted, whereas, proceedings under Section 87 and 88, Cr.P.C., have already been concluded against respondent No.7. They submit that it is by operation of law that the officials were directed that as and when the absconder would be arrested, he shall be produced before the concerned Court for trial. That has already been ordered by the trial Court and no further order in this regard is required as alleged. Conceding the request of the petitioner in C. P. No. S-667 of 2017 (respondent No.7 in C. P. No. S-1974 of 2017), who is also appearing in person, the officials are directed to expedite the matter and produce the absconder before the trial Court for appropriate proceedings. The petition i.e. C. P. No. S-667 of 2017 stands disposed of.

In view of the above order, the connected petition i.e. C. P. No. S‑1974 of 2017 is also disposed of.
