This case pertains to allotment of a quarter which is claimed to be bogus and fictitious. The petitioner claims to be a Stenographer BPS-12 in Education Department and the rent is being deducted, however, it was deducted with effect from April, 2018. He came in possession in January, 2017, however, with effect from January, 2017 to March, 2018 no rent was deducted. With these facts and with the consent of petitioner’s counsel and learned AAG, we deem it appropriate that scrutiny be made as to whether the allotment order was genuine or bogus.

Let Chairman Allotment Committee (Deputy Commissioner, Khairpur) shall scrutinize the subject issue of the alleged allotment in favour of the petitioner and his entitlement whereafter appropriate orders may be passed by the Executive Engineer Buildings and Works Division. The petitioner be heard before passing appropriate order by the Committee.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
