Mr. Shahab Sarki, advocate for petitioners alongwith both petitioners, who possess their original CNICs.

learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners and co-accused Muhammad
Hanif are co-owners of a plot bearing No.FL-08, Karachi Port Trust Officers
Cooperative Housing Society, Karachi. Learned counsel
further submits that a call up notice was issued to co-accused
Muhammad Hanif, who submitted reply dated 20.07.2016. Copy of reply is
available as annexure “A” at page-17 with MoP. Learned counsel for the
petitioners further submits that NAB Authorities filed Reference No.11/2018 in
the Court of Accountability Court Sindh at Karachi wherein names of the
petitioners are mentioned at Sr.No.18 and 20 and name of co-accused Muhammad
Hanif is mentioned at Sr.No.19. Per learned counsel for the petitioners,
co-accused Muhammad Hanif has already been granted ad-interim bail in C.P.
No.D-4396/2018 by order dated 04.06.2018. Learned counsel further contends that
in similar and identical circumstances several petitions are pending in this
Court wherein petitioners were granted ad-interim pre-arrest bail in the same
reference. He has referred to C.P. No.D-2029/2017 and C.P. No.D-1976/2017.
Without dilating upon the merits of the case, ad-interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the petitioners subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million only) each and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Petitioners are directed to appear before the Accountability Court on each and every date and produce such proof on the next date of hearing.
Issue notice to the respondents, Special Prosecutor NAB and DAG for next date of hearing. For confirmation or otherwise, matter to come up alongwith C.P. No.D-1976/2017, D-2029/2017 and D-4396 of 2018 (which according to learned counsel are now fixed on 20.06.2018) on the same date before the same bench.
