Through this application applicant/surety seeks return of surety documents/amount. Learned counsel for the applicant/surety submits that Applicant Razia Begum w/o Fazal Hussain stood surety to the accused Khurram Shahzad in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only). He further contends that the applicant has been acquitted by the Anti-Terrorism Court No.IX, Karachi in Special Case No.1170/2016 vide Judgment dated 18.04.2018 available alongwith instant application. Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh present in other cases received copy of this application and has given his no objection for return of surety documents/amount.

In view of above circumstances, application is allowed and the learned Trial Court is directed to return surety papers/amount to the Applicant/surety on proper identification, verification and after obtaining valid receipt.
