Today, authorized officer named-above has filed a statement on behalf of defendant and in para-4 thereof it has been stated that:-

“4. In view of the above, it is respectfully prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to disposed off the above matter as defendant-PIAC is ready to re-instate the plaintiff in service without financial benefit and will issue show cause notice to the plaintiff in case of misconduct i.e. unauthorized foreign currency and call phones and will conduct enquiry in accordance with PIA rules. Further, it is also prayed that defendant-PIA will also conduct the enquiry in continuation to Show Cause Notice dated 26.05.2014 issued to plaintiff on account of misconduct i.e. submission of fake intermediate certificate (annex-A).

In view of para-4 of the Statement filed today, as referred to above, by consent instant suit is disposed of alongwith pending application(s).
