3) Per learned counsel for the plaintiff, this suit pertains to levy of super tax under the Finance Act, 2017. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that on similar and identical grounds several other suits are pending in this Court wherein this Court has already passed restraining orders against the defendants. Learned counsel has referred to order passed on 26.10.2017 in Suit No.2218/2017 and connected suits wherein reference was given to order passed in suit No.2223/2017 having challenging same controversy. Copy of order in Suit No.2218/2017 is enclosed at page-67 with Memo of Pliant. Issue notice to the defendants and Attorney General for Pakistan for 25.01.2018. Till next date of hearing, no coercive action should be taken against the plaintiff.
