Learned counsel for the defendants seeks time to file counter affidavit/objection to the injunction application. He should file the same within seven days’ time with advance copy to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

Per learned counsel for the plaintiff, the plaintiff is owner of Flat No.302 “B” Type, constructed on third floor at Plot of land bearing No.17-C, Bukhari Comm. Lane-2, Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi, which registered sub-lease of the said flat was delivered as security to the defendant No.1 by the plaintiff. Adjourned to 16.01.2018. Till next date of hearing, no third party interest be created on aforementioned flat, which were delivered as security to the defendant No.1.
