3. Through this bail application, the applicant seeks protective bail in crime No.110/2018, registered at PS Daharki, under Sections 23(i)(A) Sindh Arms Act, 2013.

Applicant along with his counsel is present. It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is Gadi Nishin of Dargah Bharchundi Sharif. He further contended that applicant has been implicated malafidely in this case, he is respectable person of the locality and he feels apprehension of arrest if he approaches to the learned Sessions Judge Ghotki, therefore he prays for grant of protective bail.

In the circumstances without touching merits of the case, applicant/accused Muhammad Hanif son of Abdul Aleem @ Abdul Haleem Samejo is allowed protective bail for four (04) days for approaching the trial court subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have its effect after four days or when the applicant will surrender before the learned Sessions Court Ghotki, whichever is earlier.

In the above terms, this bail application is disposed of.
