Learned counsel for the respondents No. 4 to 7 submits that neither respondents No. 4 to 7 have harassed the petitioner, nor intend to do so in future.

Learned AAG undertakes that official respondents shall provide legal protection to the petitioners in accordance with law.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press instant petition, same is disposed of in above terms.
