 1.                    Application for urgent hearing is granted.

2.                     Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to comply with office objection within a week.

3.                     Petitioner is present along with her counsel. It is inter-alia contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner Mst. ShamaJatoi has contracted marriage by exercising her right of free will and he has placed the copy of free will at page No. 15 annexure B/1 and copy of Nikahnama at page No. 17 annexure-C. He further contended that before filing of this petition, the petitioner has approached to learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace Kandiaro and filed application u/s 22-A(6)(3) CrPC for protection and the same was allowed vide order dated 05-07-2018. He further contended that due to such marriage of the petitioner, the private respondents have annoyed and they issued threats of dire consequences to the petitioner and declared her as KARI and due to fear the petitioner is residing at Sukkur, therefore, he prayed for protection. The petitioner is present in person and categorically states that neither she has been abducted nor compelled for this marriage, but she has exercised her right of free will, due to which she has serious threats at the hands of private respondents. Let notice be issued to AAG and respondents.

                        To come upon on 30-07-2018. In the meanwhile the S.S.P Sukkur and Matyari are directed to provide protection to the petitioner and her husband. Office is directed to communicate this Order to S.S.P Sukkur and Matyariby fax for compliance.
