M.A No. 4181/2018. As per order dated 14.09.2009 the sentence was suspended and appellants Asghar Ali and Jam were ordered to be released subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

As per report of Accountant one Ali Mohammad S/o Jeeando Khan Solangi appeared and submitted original solvency certificate No.78 dated 16.09.2009 issued by Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Taluka Bhirya, which was accepted as surety for appellants by the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Surety present in person and states that appellants were entered into compromise with the complainant party and their compromise was accepted vide order dated 09.05.2011 and they were acquitted and their bail bond was discharged.

Mr. Mir Afzal Hussain Talpur Assistant Prosecutor General has recorded no objection for grant of application for release of surety.

Let office is directed to release the surety papers to applicant/surety after proper identification and verification as per rules.
