                   2. The applicant by way of instant application under section 491 Cr.PC has sought for custody of her son Mudasir aged about 1 ½ years, who according to her is confined illegally by his father.

                   The applicant in first instance to exhaust an alternate and adequate remedy which is available to her before learned Sessions Judge under section 491 Cr.PC or learned Guardian Judge under section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, having jurisdiction.

                   The instant application is disposed of accordingly.
