1. The matter is already fixed on 26.04.2018 but learned counsel for the petitioner requested that matter may be antedated as there is urgency. The application is allowed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the instant petition, the petitioner had received a telephone call that son of petitioner namely Shah Zob Rana is confined at Police Station New Karachi; the petitioner after receiving such information reached at Police Station New Karachi where a civil dressed person informed him that his son is confined in this Police Station and for release of detnue demanded illegal gratification of Rs.5,00,000/- and threatened the petitioner that if such payment is not made his son will be implicated in criminal cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that Nazir of this Court may be appointed to conduct raid at the said Police Station, recover the son of petitioner and produce him before this Court. Accordingly Nazir of this Court is directed to visit the New Karachi Police Station today, recover the son of petitioner namely namely Shah Zob Rana and produce him before this Court on 19.04.2018. The fee of Nazir is fixed at Rs.10,000/- which will be paid by the petitioner in advance.
