Mst.Kalsoom  alongwith her  minor son Faraz, father Roshan and brother   Ashraf  are  present.

          Applicant Barkat Ali has filed this application  with the following prayer:

A. To issue  Rule Nisi for production of detainee, namely Mst.Kalsoom (wife of applicant) alongwith her minor son namely Faraz, from the illegal confinement of respondent No.3 and 4, through respondent No.1 and 2, before this honourable Court and after recording her statement she may be set at liberty and be allowed to go and reside  with the applicant.

B. To award costs of application.

C. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper.

          Mst.Kalsoom alongwith her minor son namely Faraz aged about two years is present in person.  Her statement has been recorded wherein she has categorically stated that she is living  with her  parents on her own accord and she wants to  live with  them. 

          In view of the above position, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application.

          Mst.Kalsoom alongwith her minor son Faraz is set at liberty to go with her parents.

          This application is disposed of in the above terms. Order accordingly.
