          Learned counsel submits that after filing instant petition, the matter was settled between the parties and petitioner No.1 (Mst. Mona) was allowed to see and visit her parents, but now her parents have kept her in their house in wrongful confinement against her wishes and are not allowing her to join petitioner No.2 (her husband).

          In view of above, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner No.2 will seeks remedy available to him under the law from proper forum and does not press instant petition more. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
