Mr. Gulzar Ahmed Malano holding brief on behalf of Mr. Zubair Ahmed Rajput for respondent. Petitioner called absent. No intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 20.11.2013 whereby petitioner has alleged misappropriation of government funds by respondents and prayed that enquiry may be directed to be conducted against respondents. On 20.11.2013 petitioner was directed to satisfy this court as to maintainability of the instant petition as prima-facie there is no document or material on record in support of petitioner’s allegation. Thereafter petitioner has never shown appearance. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Whereas, we are not inclined to issue directions for conducting any fishing or roving inquiry on mere allegations without any material or substance having been place on record
Accordingly, we do not find any substance in the instant petition, which contains vexatious allegations of misappropriation of funds, without giving any detail or particulars of the contract of construction of subject road, therefore, the same is hereby dismissed in limini.
