Mr. Ghulam Abbass Akhar, Advocate is holding brief on behalf of Mr. Gianchand H.Keswani, learned Counsel for the petitioner and requests for time as the latter is unwell and pleads no instructions.

Instant petition was filed on 05.12.2012, whereby the petitioner has disputed some bill issued by respondent No.2 towards rent of portion of property No.B-1288/P Bhutta Road, Sukkur, however, record shows that after having filed instant petition on 05.12.2012, the petitioner and his counsel are not proceeding with the matter, which is pending without any useful progress, whereas notice has so far not been issued, it appears that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter or his grievance has been redressed. Moreover, the relief sought through instant petition appears to be misconceived and the petitioner could have availed the remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed in limine along with listed application.
