Petitioners and their counsel called absent. No intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 28.6.2012 whereby petitioners have prayed that SEPCO authorities may be directed to supply electricity to the petitioners for their houses and flour grinding machines regularly without any break and further prayed that the respondents may be directed to provide electricity to the petitioners from Kotdiji Feeder instead of Loung Faqir Feeder which is about 400 K.Ms away from their village. However, after having presented instant petition,  the petitioners and their counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress. It appears that either grievance of the petitioners have been redressed or petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, in case petitioners are still facing any hardship in respect of supply of electricity to their village despite regular payment of their regular electricity bills, petitioners may approach SEPCO authorities for redressal of their grievance who shall consider their request strictly in accordance with law as per policy.
