Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 31.12.2013 by the petitioner for quashment of FIR No.214/2013 registered at police station, Mehrabpur, however, after having filed instant petition, it appears that the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, who appears to have lost interest or the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Instant petition is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
