Petitioner and his Counsel called absent. No intimation received. Pursuant to Court notice, Mr. Ghulam Hassan, Law Officer, NADRA, has shown appearance and filed parawise comments along with annexures, which are taken on record. Learned Counsel for respondents submits that instant petition is misconceived, as the petitioner has himself declared his correct date of birth while obtaining three NIC/CNICs from time to time, whereas, no reasonable ground or document has been produced by the petitioner in support of his contention.

Instant petition was filed on 06.12.1202, whereafter the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, whereas from perusal of the contents of instant petition, it appears that the relief sought by petitioner through instant petition cannot be granted to the petitioner under Article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, as it involves disputed facts. Accordingly, instant petition being devoid of any merits is dismissed.
